1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Account Security Obligations

okada1 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, freeze accounts pending investigation, and report criminal activity to appropriate authorities. Evidence of prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

okada1 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your account at any time for the following reasons:

8.3 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

10.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through okada1's complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and be conducted in English.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for matters such as intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality obligations.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes with okada1 must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against okada1. This waiver applies to all claims and disputes that can be brought against okada1.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and okada1 regarding use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.

11.3 Waiver

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without okada1's prior written consent. okada1 may freely assign these Terms or any rights hereunder to any affiliate or successor entity.
